Implant Crowns & Restorations in Hialeah & Miami Gardens

Once your implant post has integrated with the bone, Cool Smilez creates a custom crown, bridge, or denture to complete your restoration — giving you a natural-looking, permanent tooth.

A dental implant is a two-part process: placing the titanium post (implant) and attaching the visible restoration (crown, bridge, or denture). At Cool Smilez Family Dentistry, we provide the restorative phase of implant treatment — the custom-made crown or prosthetic that sits on top of the implant and looks, feels, and functions like a natural tooth.

Types of Implant Restorations

  • Single implant crown — replaces one missing tooth
  • Implant-supported bridge — replaces multiple adjacent missing teeth
  • Implant-supported partial denture — replaces several non-adjacent teeth
  • Implant-supported full denture (All-on-4) — replaces an entire arch of teeth
  • Implant overdenture — a removable denture that snaps onto implants

The Restoration Process

After your implant has fully integrated with the bone (typically 3-6 months after placement), we take impressions and attach an abutment (connector) to the implant. We then fabricate a custom crown or prosthetic in a dental lab. At the final visit, we attach the restoration and check your bite.

Materials We Use

We use high-quality zirconia and porcelain-fused-to-zirconia crowns for implant restorations. These materials are extremely strong, biocompatible, and virtually indistinguishable from natural teeth.

Insurance & Cost

Implant crowns are covered by some dental insurance plans. We accept most major PPO dental insurance plans and offer financing for any out-of-pocket costs. We will provide a detailed cost estimate before treatment begins.

How do I care for an implant crown?
Care for an implant crown just like a natural tooth — brush twice daily, floss daily, and see your dentist for regular checkups.
