How All-on-4 Works

Four implants are strategically placed in the jawbone — two in the front and two angled in the back to maximize contact with available bone. This angled placement often eliminates the need for bone grafting, even in patients with significant bone loss. A full arch of fixed teeth (12 teeth) is then attached to the 4 implants.
