What to Do Right Now

• 1. Call Cool Smilez immediately: 786-600-0494 (Hialeah) or 786-600-0495 (Miami Gardens)
• 2. Find the tooth and pick it up by the crown (white part) — do NOT touch the root
• 3. If dirty, rinse gently with water — do NOT scrub or use soap
• 4. Try to reinsert the tooth into the socket and bite down gently on a clean cloth
• 5. If you cannot reinsert it, keep it moist: in milk, saline, or between your cheek and gum
• 6. Do NOT let the tooth dry out
• 7. Get to our office within 30-60 minutes

What We Do to Save Your Tooth

When you arrive, we will clean the tooth and socket, reinsert the tooth, and splint it to neighboring teeth to hold it in place while it heals. We may also prescribe antibiotics and recommend a root canal to prevent infection. The tooth will need to be monitored over the following weeks and months.

What If the Tooth Cannot Be Saved?

If the tooth cannot be reimplanted or does not survive, we offer several options to replace it — including a dental implant, bridge, or partial denture. We will discuss all options and help you choose the best solution for your situation.
